KAP Limited appoints Samara Totaram as new independent director

KAP Limited has appointed Ms. Samara Totaram to its board of directors as an independent non-executive director. Effective May 5, 2025, this appointment aligns with KAP's policy on director nominations. Ms. Totaram brings extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) across corporate finance, private equity, and operational management. Her prior role as chief financial officer of STADIO Holdings Limited, where she was instrumental in establishing the company and its JSE listing, highlights her expertise. She has also served on multiple boards of listed and unlisted companies and currently holds a directorship at We Buy Cars Holdings Limited. Ms. Totaram will also join the Audit & Risk committee and the Nomination Committee.
