Eastern Platinum appoints Eason Cong Chen to board

Vancouver, British Columbia – Eastern Platinum Limited (JSE: EPS) announced the appointment of Eason Cong Chen to its board of directors, effective May 1, 2025. Chen, a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and management reporting, with a focus on the mining industry. He has previously served on the board and audit committee of a Canadian copper producer and is currently a partner at a U.S. CPA firm. Eastplats owns and operates PGM and chrome assets in South Africa, with operations at the Crocodile River Mine producing PGM and chrome concentrates.
