AECI releases integrated report, B-BBEE compliance, guarantors' financials

AECI Limited (JSE:AFE) has released its integrated reporting suite for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, along with its Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) annual compliance report and the annual financial statements (AFS) of its guarantors. The integrated reporting suite, including the integrated report, governance and remuneration reports, sustainability report and the tax transparency report, is accessible on the company's website. The B-BBEE compliance report, prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation, is also available online. Audited AFS for the guarantors, namely AECI Mining Limited, AECI Mauritius Ltd, and Chemical Services Limited pertaining to the ZAR5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, can be inspected at AECI's registered address. While AECI Mauritius Ltd and Chemical Services Limited received unqualified audit reports, AECI Mining Limited initially had a reportable irregularity identified, which has since been resolved, leading to an unqualified opinion.
