Remgro: Maziv/Vodacom acquisition faces further extension

Remgro Limited [JSE:REM] has updated shareholders on the progress of Vodacom Proprietary Limited’s (“Vodacom") proposed acquisition of a 30% interest in Maziv Proprietary Limited (“Maziv"). Maziv houses all the material assets owned by Community Investment Ventures Holdings Proprietary Limited, including Vumatel Proprietary Limited and Dark Fibre Africa Proprietary Limited.
