Alexander Forbes announces board changes: Dhamija resigns, Tedesco appointed

Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Limited (JSE:AFH) announced significant changes to its board of directors, as Mr. Pavan Dhamija has stepped down as a non-executive director. In his place, Ms. Amy Lee Tedesco has been appointed, both changes effective immediately. Ms. Tedesco brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as president of the Africa region portfolio at Prudential Financial, Inc. She oversees the company's investments in South Africa, Kenya, and Ghana, and also serves as chief operating officer for Prudential's Emerging Markets operations. The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Dhamija for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Tedesco to the company.
