Sibanye-Stillwater releases annual reports, notice of AGM, Form 20-F

Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) announced the release of its integrated 2024 suite of reports, including the Integrated Report, Combined Integrated Report, Group Annual Financial Report, Company Financial Statements, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Supplement, and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The external auditors, Ernst & Young Inc., have audited the Consolidated financial statements and the Company's separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 (Group's Financial Statements) and issued unqualified audit reports thereon, which are available for inspection at the Group's registered office. The company confirmed that the information in the reviewed condensed consolidated provisional financial statements remains unchanged from the release on 21 February 2025. Shareholders can access these documents on the company's website. The Notice of the AGM will be posted today, 25 April 2025.
