Wesizwe Platinum faces delay in annual financial reporting

Johannesburg, April 23, 2025 - Wesizwe Platinum Limited has informed shareholders of a delay in the publication of its Audited Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”) and Integrated Annual Report ("IAR") for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with the notice of its Annual General Meeting. The company, in a voluntary announcement, referred to a previous announcement on April 10, 2025, where it initially advised on the delay. Wesizwe Platinum stated it is working diligently with its auditors to publish the AFS on or before July 31, 2025, and the IAR with the AGM notice by August 31, 2025. The company assured shareholders that they will be kept informed of any further developments. PSG Capital is acting as the sponsor for Wesizwe.
