Europa Metals sells part of Denarius stake for CAD$826,945

Europa Metals Ltd (JSE:EUZ) announced the sale of 1.5 million shares of Denarius Metals Corp on April 17, 2025, at an average price of CAD$0.5569 per share. The transaction generated CAD$826,945, equivalent to approximately £450,000. The company intends to use the proceeds to cover creditor payments, support working capital needs, and assess new business opportunities. Following the partial disposal, Europa Metals retains a 5.5 million share stake in Denarius Metals. Management is currently evaluating options to maximize shareholder value and will provide further updates to the market in due course.
