Prosus updates share repurchase programme

Prosus N.V. (JSE:PRXE) has announced an update on its open-ended share repurchase programme, which includes both Prosus and Naspers shares. Between April 14, 2025, and April 17, 2025, the company repurchased 5,236,162 Prosus Shares at an average price of EUR37.6666 per share. The total consideration for this repurchase was EUR197,228,534.79 (USD223,953,110.91). The Repurchase Programme is conducted in accordance with Market Abuse Regulation and Commission Delegated Regulation guidelines. Prosus is a global technology company with investments in over 100 companies worldwide.
