Old Mutual employee share schemes trade shares on JSE

Old Mutual Limited (JSE: OMU) announced that its employee share incentive schemes, the Old Mutual Insure Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Employee Trust and the Old Mutual Insure Employee Trust, executed transactions involving Old Mutual Limited ordinary shares on April 17, 2025. These on-market sales were made to cover employee income tax liabilities related to the vesting of share grants under the Employee Share Ownership Plan and Long-Term Incentive Plan. The Old Mutual Insure Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Employee Trust sold 356,040 shares at a volume-weighted average price of ZAR10.7325 per share, resulting in a total value of ZAR3,821,199.30. The Old Mutual Insure Employee Trust sold 410,140 shares at the same volume-weighted average price of ZAR10.7325 per share, totaling ZAR4,401,827.55. Both transactions represent indirect beneficial interests and were conducted with prior clearance in accordance with JSE Listings Requirements.
