Hammerson continues share buyback programme, acquires 58,742 shares

Hammerson PLC (JSE:HMNE) announced today that it purchased 58,742 of its own ordinary shares on April 17, 2025, at prices ranging from GBP 249.20 to GBP 253.60 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of GBP 251.36. The purchase was executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, in accordance with the company's previously announced share buyback program from October 16, 2024. All purchased shares will be cancelled. Since the start of the programme, Hammerson has now acquired 12,293,527 ordinary shares.
