Curro Holdings: Significant changes in beneficial interest holdings

Curro Holdings Limited (JSE: COH) announced that it has received formal notification regarding changes in the beneficial interests in its securities. Jan Mouton Beleggings (Pty) Ltd ("JM Beleggings") now holds 5.66% of the company's total issued ordinary share capital, while Piet Mouton Beleggings (Pty) Ltd ("PM Beleggings") holds 5.65%. My Favourite Beleggings (Pty) Ltd ("MF Beleggings") has increased its stake to 5.71%. JF Mouton Familietrust ("the Trust") now holds 17.21% of Curro's total issued ordinary share capital. The aggregate beneficial interest held by the Trust, inclusive of its interests through its shareholding in JM Beleggings, PM Beleggings and MF Beleggings, amounts to 17.21% of Curro's total issued ordinary share capital.
