Capricorn Group director Swanepoel involved in N$46.3m share transaction

A director of Capricorn Group, Johannes Jacobus Swanepoel, was involved in a transaction of company shares, it was announced today. The transaction occurred on April 16, 2025, and involved 2,177,000 ordinary shares executed off-market by Kuiseb Investments (Pty) Ltd. The shares were priced at N$21.26 each, resulting in a total transaction value of N$46,283,020. Swanepoel's interest is classified as indirect beneficial. The company has confirmed that clearance for the transaction was obtained. PSG Wealth Management (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd acted as sponsor for the deal.
