Prosus repurchases €352.9m worth of shares in latest buyback

Prosus N.V. announced an update to its ongoing share repurchase programme today. Between 7 April 2025, and 11 April 2025, Prosus repurchased 9,604,234 of its own shares at an average price of €36.7423 per share. The total consideration for this latest tranche of buybacks amounted to €352,881,421.88 (US$390,987,124.74). The repurchase program, initially announced on 27 June 2022, targets shares held by free-float shareholders of both Prosus and Naspers.
