Old Mutual announces AGM, board changes, and investor update

Old Mutual Limited has announced details for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 10:00 SA time. The AGM will take place at Mutual Place in Sandton, Johannesburg, with simultaneous electronic participation facilitated by The Meeting Specialist Proprietary Limited ("TMS"). Shareholders can contact TMS for electronic participation details. The meeting will address the summarized consolidated financial statements. Also, Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe will step down from the Board at the AGM's conclusion as part of a staggered rotation plan. A new director will be announced soon.
