Ninety One increases stake in Vukile Property Fund

Vukile Property Fund (JSE: VKN) announced that Ninety One SA Proprietary Limited has increased its beneficial interest in the company. According to the notification, Ninety One's acquisition of Vukile shares has raised its total beneficial interest to 5.0302% of Vukile's total shares outstanding. The notification complies with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act. As required, Vukile has filed the necessary notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel. The Vukile board affirms responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the announcement and the TRP121.1 form received from Ninety One.
