Frontier Transport announces directorate change; Mkhwanazi resigns

Frontier Transport Holdings Limited (JSE: FTH) announced today that Ms. Sinqumile Nqobani Njongwe Mkhwanazi has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director of the company. Ms. Mkhwanazi also served as a member of the audit and risk committee. Her resignation is effective as of April 14, 2025.
