Sun International director's associate acquires shares

S Sithole, a non-executive director at Sun International (JSE:SUI), has seen an associate, Trovica (Pty) Ltd, acquire 23,001 ordinary shares of the company on the open market on April 10, 2025. The shares were purchased at a price of ZAR37.9995 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of ZAR874,026.50. Trovica (Pty) Ltd is a private company owned by a family trust of which Mr Sithole is a trustee and beneficiary, indicating an indirect beneficial interest. Clearance to deal was received.
