Lighthouse Properties issues new shares after scrip distribution

Lighthouse Properties (JSE:LTEE) announced the results of its scrip distribution election, issuing 16,876,042 new shares on April 24, 2025. This follows the offer of a scrip distribution alternative to a cash dividend of EUR 1.35050 per share, with new shares issued at a rate of 3.55990 shares for every 100 held, priced at ZAR 751.88883 per share. The scrip distribution was capped at 50% of the total dividend value.
