Hosken Consolidated Investments announces director resignation

Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited (HCI) announced that Ms. Nqobani (“Bani”) Mkhwanazi has resigned from her position as a non-executive director of the company, effective April 14, 2025. According to the official announcement, Mkhwanazi is leaving to pursue other interests. HCI expressed gratitude for her contributions to the company and wished her well in her future endeavors. This change to the board's composition is in accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. Investec Bank Limited serves as the sponsor for HCI.
