Schroder European REIT buys back 50,000 shares

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC (JSE: SCDE) announced that on April 8, 2025, it purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 64 pence per share. The shares will be held in treasury. Following this purchase, the company's issued share capital consists of 133,734,686 ordinary shares. The total number of shares held in treasury is now 1,844,900, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,889,786. Shareholders may use this figure to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
