Lighthouse Properties: Director's associate acquires shares

Lighthouse Properties p.l.c. (JSE: LTE) announced that Delsa Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Delsa"), an associate of director Desmond de Beer, purchased 68,750 ordinary shares on April 8, 2025. Desmond de Beer is a beneficiary of the Grove Trust, which holds shares in Delsa. The shares were acquired on-market at a highest traded price of ZAR 8.05, a weighted average price of ZAR 7.6028, and a lowest traded price of ZAR 7.59, resulting in a total value of ZAR 522 692.50. The director's interest is indirect beneficial ownership.
