Foord acquires 5.04% stake in Omnia ordinary shares

Omnia Holdings Limited (JSE:OMN) announced that Foord Asset Management Proprietary Limited, acting on behalf of its clients, has acquired an aggregate of 5.04% of Omnia's ordinary shares in issue. This acquisition necessitates a notification under section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, the Companies Act Regulations 2011, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements. Omnia has also confirmed filing the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
