York Timber Holdings: Director Barnard buys shares

York Timber Holdings Limited (JSE:YRK) announced today that one of its directors, Schalk Barnard, has purchased 22,000 of the company's ordinary shares ("Shares"). The transaction, completed on April 3, 2025, saw Barnard acquire the shares at a price of ZAR2.05 per share, for a total value of ZAR45,100.00. The acquisition was conducted on-market, and the nature and extent of the interest is direct beneficial. The company has confirmed that clearance was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
