Schroder European Real Estate buys back shares

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (JSE:SCDE) announced today that on April 4, 2025, the company purchased 64,800 of its ordinary shares at a price of 66 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the purchase, the company's issued share capital consists of 133,734,686 ordinary shares of 10p each, with 1,726,500 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the company is now 132,008,186. The company advises shareholders to use this figure as the denominator for calculations related to notifying interest in, or a change to their interest in, the company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
