Glencore executes share buyback and notifies director's transaction

Glencore plc (JSE: GLN) announced today that it has purchased 3,500,000 of its ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.01, on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought from Citigroup Global Markets Limited on April 4, 2025, with prices ranging from GBP 230.85p to GBP 254.55p, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of GBP 239.11p. Glencore will hold these shares in treasury, bringing its total treasury shareholding to 1,212,538,041, while the total number of voting rights is 12,087,461,959.
