Lighthouse Properties plc (JSE: LTE) announced that Delsa Investments (Pty) Ltd, an associate of director Desmond de Beer, purchased 10,511 ordinary shares in the company on April 3, 2025. The transaction occurred on-market at a price of ZAR 7.85 per share, resulting in a total value of ZAR 82,511.35. Desmond de Beer is a beneficiary of the Grove Trust, which holds shares in Delsa. The nature and extent of the director's interest is indirect beneficial.
