Peresec Prime Brokers increases stake in Blue Label Telecoms

Blue Label Telecoms (JSE: BLU) announced today that Peresec Prime Brokers (Pty) Ltd has acquired ordinary shares, bringing their total beneficial interest in the company to 11.81% of all shares in issue. This acquisition triggers notification requirements under Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, and Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements. Blue Label Telecoms confirmed it has received the required notice from Peresec Prime Brokers and has filed the necessary documentation with the Takeover Regulation Panel, as mandated by Section 122(3)(a) of the Act.
