Hammerson executes share buyback program

Hammerson plc (JSE:HMNE) announced the purchase of 81,726 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 244.69 pence per share on April 2, 2025. The buyback was executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, pursuant to the share buyback program announced on October 16, 2024. The highest price paid per share was 246.80 pence, and the lowest was 243.40 pence. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
