Deutsche Konsum REIT AGM elects new supervisory board members

Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG (JSE:DKRE) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Berlin on April 1, 2025, where significant resolutions were passed. Dr. Kai Gregor Klinger and Daniel Löhken were elected as new members of the Supervisory Board, with Sebastian Wasser being confirmed in his position and Löhken subsequently appointed as the new Chairman. DOMUS AG was appointed as auditor for the 2024/2025 financial year. The AGM also approved the compensation report and system for Management Board members, along with adjustments to the Supervisory Board's compensation. Shareholders approved the cancellation of Authorised Capital 2021/1 and the creation of new Authorised Capital 2025/1, granting the Management Board the option to exclude subscription rights up to 20% of share capital. Adjustments to Conditional Capital and the creation of new Conditional Capital were also approved in connection with a further authorization to issue bonds. Approximately 72.7% of the share capital, representing EUR 43,351,091, was represented at the meeting.
