Quilter PLC grants share awards to directors and PDMRs

Quilter PLC (JSE: QLTE) announced on April 2, 2025, the granting of share awards to its Directors and PDMRs under the Quilter Performance Share Plan (PSP). Awards were granted on April 1, 2025. Key executives, including Marcus Brookes (Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director, Quilter Investors), Penny Cole (Chief People Officer), Stephen Gazard (Chief Distribution Officer), Sarah Houlston (Chief Operating Officer), Steven Levin (Chief Executive Officer), Andrew McGlone (Chief Executive Officer, Quilter Cheviot and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning), Nicholas Sacre-Hardy (Interim Chief Risk Officer), Mark Satchel (Chief Financial Officer), and Hanlie van Staden (Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer), all received nil-cost options over ordinary shares with a nominal value of 8 1/6 pence each. In total, these executives received awards covering 2,930,390 shares. The awards are nil-cost options, with the exception of Nicholas Sacre-Hardy, who received a conditional award of 75,984 Shares under the Quilter PSP (2025 Restricted Stock Units).
