Vukile splits social, ethics, and HR into separate committees

Vukile Property Fund Limited (JSE:VKN) has announced changes to its board committees, effective immediately. In compliance with amendments to the Companies Act 71 of 2008, the board has decided to split the Social, Ethics and Human Resources committee into two distinct entities: the Environmental, Social and Ethics Committee and the Remuneration and Human Capital Committee.
