Lighthouse Properties finalizes dividend and scrip distribution details

Lighthouse Properties has finalized the details for its distribution to shareholders, comprising a cash dividend of EUR 1.35050 cents per share and an alternative scrip distribution option of the same value, capped at 50% of the total distribution value. The scrip distribution reference price is set at ZAR 751.88883 cents per share. South African shareholders receiving the cash dividend will receive ZAR 26.76650 cents per share before South African dividends tax and ZAR 21.41320 cents per share after South African dividends tax. Those electing for the scrip distribution will receive 3.55990 new Lighthouse shares for every 100 shares held on the record date, April 11, 2025. The maximum number of new shares to be issued is 36,014,863. Shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will not be allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share. Entitlements to fractional shares will be rounded down, with the corresponding value paid to shareholders, to be announced on April 10, 2025.
