Fortress shareholders opt for dividend in specie, reducing cash outlay

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited (JSE:FFB) has released the results of its dividend in specie election, following the declaration announcement on March 10, 2025. Shareholders had the opportunity to receive a cash dividend of ZAR76.15 per Fortress B share for the six months ended December 31, 2024, or to elect for a dividend in specie of ordinary shares in NEPI Rockcastle N.V.
