Absa Group announces 2024 integrated report and AGM details

Absa Group Limited (JSE: ABG) has published its 2024 Integrated Report, available on the company's website, effective April 1, 2025. Alongside the integrated report, the company has also published its Remuneration, Sustainability and Climate, Tax Transparency, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment reports. The group's audited annual results and full Annual Financial Statements were published on March 11, 2025, with unmodified audit reports from KPMG Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 3, 2025, at 10:00 as a hybrid meeting at Absa Sandton Campus South and via electronic communication. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the AGM is May 23, 2025, requiring a trade date no later than May 20, 2025.
