Sirius Real Estate CEO Coombs sells shares

Sirius Real Estate Limited (JSE:SRE) announced today that CEO Andrew Coombs has sold shares in the company. The transaction, which took place on March 28, 2025, involved the sale of 137,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP0.853036 per share, totaling GBP116,865.93. Following the sale, Mr. Coombs retains a beneficial interest in 11,637,031 shares, representing 0.7697% of Sirius Real Estate's issued share capital. The transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange (XLON), and clearance to deal in these securities was obtained in accordance with paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
