Mustek shareholders to await Novus offer decision

Mustek Limited [JSE:MST] announced today that shareholders should refer to the SENS announcement released by Novus Holdings on March 28, 2025, regarding the TRP's ruling to withdraw its approval of Novus’ firm intention announcement to make a mandatory offer for shares of Mustek that it does not already beneficially hold. The independent board of Mustek accepts responsibility for the information contained in the announcement, stating that to the best of their knowledge and belief, the information is true and nothing has been omitted which is likely to affect the importance of the information.
