Wikus reduces stake in Calgro M3

Calgro M3 Holdings Limited (JSE:CGR) announced today that Willem Jakobus Lategan ("Wikus") has reduced his stake in the company. The notification, made in accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, reveals that Wikus disposed of a portion of his beneficial interest in Calgro M3's securities. Following this disposal, Wikus' total beneficial interest in the company now stands at 1.48% of the total issued ordinary share capital. The company has filed the requisite notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
