Salungano Group delays financial results publication again

Salungano Group Limited (JSE: SLG) has notified shareholders of a further delay in the publication of its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2024, and interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2024. The company now anticipates releasing the FY2024 financial results by mid-June 2025, and the FY2025 interim financial results by the end of June 2025. This follows a previous announcement on February 28, 2025, indicating an initial intention to publish the FY2024 results around March 31, 2025. The delay is attributed to the leadership transition within the finance function, including the resignation of CFO Ms. Kabela Maroga and the appointment of Mr. Jannie Muller as interim CFO, alongside the complexity of ongoing audit and reporting processes.
