Safari Investments to exit Namibia with N$290m disposal

Safari Investments RSA Limited (JSE:SAR) has entered into an agreement to sell its entire stake in Safari Investments Namibia to Oryx Properties Limited, a company listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange. The deal, finalized on March 27, 2025, involves the disposal of 100% of Safari Namibia's issued share capital and claims for a cash consideration of N$290 million.
