Redefine Properties appoints Craig Boshard as non-executive director

Redefine Properties Limited (JSE:RDF) announced the appointment of Craig Boshard as an independent non-executive director and member of the board committees, effective March 27, 2025. Boshard, a seasoned property developer with extensive experience in multinational property funds across Africa and Central Eastern Europe, has held development manager roles for South African real estate companies. He previously served as Retail Development Director (CEE) Poland for Rockcastle Poland Sp. z o.o. and Development Director of NEPI Rockcastle N.V. Boshard is currently the Development Director of the MEA region for DHL Real Estate Solutions and joint CEO and owner of Knysna Yacht Company (Pty) Ltd. He will serve on Redefine's investment, social, ethics and transformation, and risk, compliance and technology committees.
