Prosus repurchases €363.2m of its own shares

Prosus N.V. (JSE: PRX) announced an update to its ongoing repurchase program, revealing that it repurchased 8,203,244 of its own shares between March 17th and March 21st, 2025. The average price paid per share was €44.2738, bringing the total consideration for this latest tranche to €363,189,160.48, equivalent to approximately US$394,878,297.92. The repurchase program, initially announced in June 2022, targets both Prosus and Naspers shares, aiming to return value to free-float shareholders of the Group.
