Lighthouse Properties declares dividend, offers scrip option

Lighthouse Properties (JSE: LTE) has declared a final dividend of 1.35050 EUR cents per share for the six months ended December 31, 2024. Shareholders can elect to receive the dividend as cash or via a scrip distribution, with the latter capped at 50% of the total dividend value. Should scrip elections exceed this limit, they will be reduced proportionally.
