Astoria Investments reports loss despite NAV increase per share

Astoria Investments (JSE: ARAE) has released its audited annual financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024, reporting a net asset value (NAV) of 61.99 US cents per share, up from 79.47 US cents in 2023. However, the company recorded a loss after tax of USD 10,505,037, compared to a USD 1,784,293 loss in the previous year. Basic and headline loss per share both amounted to 17.33 US cents.
