Argent Industrial replaces auditor, appoints Forvis Mazars

Argent Industrial Limited (JSE: ART) announced a change in its external auditor, according to an official statement released today. The board of directors stated that RSM South Africa Inc. ("RSM") was terminated due to a lack of sufficient geographical presence. Forvis Mazars in South Africa has been appointed as the new external auditor, effective March 24, 2025. Ben Frey has been appointed as the designated audit partner. The company initiated the change, and shareholders will be requested to approve the appointment at the 2025 annual general meeting.
