Shaftesbury Capital releases 2024 annual report, AGM notice

Shaftesbury Capital (JSE: SHC) has released its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2024, alongside the notice for its 2025 annual general meeting. Both documents are available electronically on the company's website. In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the annual report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in machine-readable XHTML format.
