Xinyi Solar renews key equipment and electricity agreements with Xinyi Glass

Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited announced the renewal of two significant continuing connected transactions with Xinyi Glass Group entities. The first is the 2026 Production Equipment Purchase Agreement, entered into on December 24, 2025, with Anhui Xinyi Machinery. This agreement, effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, has an annual cap of RMB107.3 million. It covers the supply, installation, and testing of various production equipment for solar glass, with payment terms structured in four installments.

The second renewed agreement is the Electricity Framework Agreement, also dated December 24, 2025, between Xinyi Solar (Hong Kong) and Xinyi Glass (Hong Kong). This one-year agreement, commencing January 1, 2026, allows XYS Group to supply surplus electricity from its rooftop solar systems to XYG Group members, with an annual cap of RMB35.4 million based on 73.05 million kWh of electricity sales. Both agreements are subject to reporting and announcement requirements.
