CITIC non-executive director Zhang Lin to resign from board

CITIC Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Lin as a non-executive director and a member of both the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee. His resignation will be effective on December 24, 2025, citing other work commitments as the reason for his departure.

Mr. Zhang confirmed that he has no disagreements with the board and is not aware of any matters related to his resignation that need to be disclosed to shareholders. He has served as a director of the company since January 2022. The board expressed sincere gratitude for his valuable service and contributions during his tenure.

Following Mr. Zhang's resignation, CITIC Limited's board will comprise executive directors Mr. Xi Guohua (chairman), Mr. Zhang Wenwu, Mr. Liu Zhengjun, and Mr. Wang Guoquan. Non-executive directors will include Ms. Li Yi, Mr. Yue Xuekun, Mr. Yang Xiaoping, and Mr. Li Zimin. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Anthony Francis Neoh, Mr. Francis Siu Wai Keung, Dr. Xu Jinwu, Mr. Gregory Lynn Curl, Mr. Toshikazu Tagawa, and Mr. Chen Yuyu.
