Guangdong Yueyun Transportation: Hu Jian resigns as director, appointed employee representative

Mr. Hu Jian has resigned as an executive director of Guangdong Yueyun Transportation Company Limited, effective immediately due to an adjustment in corporate governance. Mr. Hu confirmed no disagreement with the board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention regarding his resignation.

Concurrently, the company announced that on December 23, 2025, Mr. Hu Jian was approved by the company's employee representatives to be appointed as an employee representative director for the ninth session of the board. This election does not require approval at a general meeting and will take effect on December 23, 2025.

Mr. Hu, aged 44, currently serves as the dedicated deputy secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the labour union. He holds a bachelor's degree in law and is a political engineer. His compensation as an employee representative director will be determined by the board, considering his duties, company financial results, and market conditions, with specific amounts disclosed in annual reports.
