CRH Medical, CRH renew strategic framework for medical product procurement through 2028

A new framework agreement was signed on December 4, 2025, between CRH and CRH Medical, outlining terms for CRH Medical and its controlled medical institutions to procure goods from CRH Group members. This agreement, effective from January 1, 2026, until December 31, 2028, updates previous agreements from 2016, 2019, and 2022.

The agreement sets out procurement caps for CRH Medical from CRH Group members. The maximum annual procurement amounts are expected to be 1.6 bn yuan for 2026, 1.65 bn yuan for 2027, and 1.7 bn yuan for 2028.

The pricing of goods, primarily medical products, equipment, and consumables, will be determined by China's regulatory prices or market prices for items without specific guidance, ensuring fair and transparent transactions. The agreement also includes provisions for adjustments in case of significant market fluctuations or policy changes, subject to independent shareholder approval.
